Tuition & Payment Plans

Fall Semester (14 weeks)

• 30 minutes: $420

• 45 minutes: $630

• 60 minutes: $840

Spring Semester (16 weeks)

• 30 minutes: $480

• 45 minutes: $720

• 60 minutes: $960

Payment Options

Tuition may be paid in one of two ways:

Payments are made securely online through Stripe using the payment link provided by Cheri's Music Studio.

• Pay in Full:  Full semester tuition paid at the beginning of the semester. No processing fee.

• Four-Payment Plan:  Tuition divided into four installments.  A $5 processing fee is included in each installment, per student.

Late Fee: A $15 late fee per student applies if payment is not received by the first lesson of the month, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Need-Based Scholarships: To help make music study accessible, partial scholarships may be awarded based on financial need and student commitment. Application required.

Attendance & Make-Up Policy

•Consistent attendance supports musical progress.

•Missed lessons are not made up unless due to illness/emergency/weather with notice.

•If I must cancel, I will offer a makeup lesson.

•Weather-related makeups follow local school district closures.

Books & Materials

I will recommend and provide materials as needed. Reimbursement is expected for books or supplies I purchase for your student.

Communication

Please text or call for scheduling or questions. I typically respond within 24 hours. Group texts or emails may be used for announcements.

Photo/Video Policy

Students may be photographed or recorded during lessons or events for use in promotional materials.If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please inform me in writing through email.

Summer Session (June–August 2027) Flexible scheduling with 6- or 9-lesson packages:

Summer participation is required to guarantee your lesson spot for the following school year.

• 30 minutes: $180 for 6 lessons / $270 for 9 lessons

• 45 minutes: $270 for 6 lessons / $405 for 9 lessons

• 60 minutes: $360 for 6 lessons / $540 for 9 lessons

Custom scheduling is available based on summer travel/vacation plans.
